When a member has an electrical concern, the standard dispatch hold is waived so our team can come evaluate the issue.
Each yearly visit focuses on the main electrical system details that are easy to overlook: terminations, voltage, visible wear, penetrations, panel cleanliness, device safety, and breaker behavior. If we see a concern, we can explain the risk and options before it becomes an emergency.

Automatic monthly billing with clear terms
PowerCare is billed monthly using the payment method on file. If membership ends within the first 12 months, the savings discount received may be repaid as an early cancellation fee. Our team can review the current membership terms when you enroll.
