So why be a member?

Catch small electrical problems before they grow

Unmaintained electrical systems can create hidden risks behind panels, outlets, appliances, and service equipment. PowerCare is designed to help protect the appliances you rely on, reduce surprise repair calls, and give our electricians a clearer history of your home over time.
  • Extend the lifespan of appliances by catching service and connection issues early.
  • Identify voltage variance from local power company, generator, or inverter disconnect issues.
  • Minimize energy waste tied to overloaded circuits, weak connections, or aging devices.
  • Prevent electrical fires from damaged wiring, warm devices, and failing components.
HVAC systems, washers, dryers, water heaters, microwaves, refrigerators, and modern electronics all depend on stable electrical conditions. Membership gives those systems an annual check-in instead of waiting for a failure.

What's included

Panel tune-upand safety inspection

Yearly Panel Tune-Up

We re-tension lugs and breaker terminals, re-apply antioxidant where needed, clean the panel, reseal penetrations, and verify voltage variance.

Yearly Safety Inspection

We site-test connected devices, inspect the main electrical service, review panel condition, and test breakers and GFCIs.

$0 Dispatch Hold

When a member has an electrical concern, the standard dispatch hold is waived so our team can come evaluate the issue.

Each yearly visit focuses on the main electrical system details that are easy to overlook: terminations, voltage, visible wear, penetrations, panel cleanliness, device safety, and breaker behavior. If we see a concern, we can explain the risk and options before it becomes an emergency.

Flickering lights

Lights that dim, flicker, or pulse can point to loose connections, overloaded circuits, or service equipment that needs attention.

Breakers tripping

Repeated breaker trips are a warning sign, not an annoyance to ignore. Members can have the pattern checked before it becomes urgent.

Burning or crackling sounds

Odors, buzzing, crackling, or sizzling near outlets, switches, panels, or appliances should be inspected promptly.

Warm devices or panels

Warm wall plates, outlets, receptacles, or electrical panels can signal heat buildup from resistance or poor connections.

Unexpected electric bill changes

A sudden increase can come from appliances, HVAC load, or electrical conditions that deserve a trained look before you keep paying for it.

Loose or worn outlets

Loose plugs, discolored outlets, dead receptacles, and worn switches are small symptoms that can reveal larger safety concerns.
