The Touchstone standard
The industry standard is often a one-year warranty. Touchstone Electric chose a different standard because customers kept calling long after that window, and the right answer was still to stand behind our own work.
The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty separates workmanship from mechanical parts. Our installation quality is covered for the life of the work, while products and equipment follow their manufacturer or mechanical warranty terms.

How coverage works
If work installed or repaired by Touchstone Electric fails because of our workmanship, we come back and make it right. The promise applies to the work we performed and the installation standards we control.
Materials and equipment carry manufacturer-backed coverage, and Touchstone Electric supports that by choosing quality panels, breakers, outlets, and components instead of short-life alternatives.
Coverage is limited to Touchstone-installed work, up to the cost of the job, and does not cover damage from outside alterations, misuse, natural disasters, or work changed by others.
Examples and exclusions
Warranty decisions come down to whether the problem is related to our workmanship, the material itself, another party's alteration, misuse, or damage outside the electrical installation.
Loose or improper terminations from our installation are covered because they fall under workmanship.
Normal wear, overloaded circuits that were declined for correction, or equipment misused beyond its intended purpose are not workmanship issues.
Manufacturer-backed components, including long-life panel equipment, are supported according to their mechanical warranty terms.
