On August 12, 2026, our Charlotte branch completed a whole-home surge protection upgrade for Kim Beavers in Matthews, NC. Covered equipment may include common household systems such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, HVAC (indoor units), dishwasher, disposal, stove, wiring, outlets/switches, breakers, and other hardwired appliances/devices (e.g., built-in microwaves, furnace, air handlers, evaporator coils, hardwired ranges, landscape lighting, and home lighting) when protected by a properly connected SPD.
Exclusions: direct lightning strikes are excluded. Security systems and medical equipment are not covered.
Claims are secondary to the homeowner’s existing insurance policy.

While the device helps defend against surges from lightning-related events and utility issues, no surge product can guarantee protection from a direct strike. Our goal is to reduce risk dramatically and keep your home’s electrical system operating reliably.
