Claims are secondary to the homeowner’s existing insurance policy.
Direct lightning strikes are excluded from coverage.
Covered Equipment may include: washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, HVAC unit located inside the house, trash compactor, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, wiring, outlets/switches, electrical system components (breakers, etc.), and hard‑wired appliances/devices (built‑in microwaves, furnace, air handlers, evaporator coils, hardwired ranges, landscape lighting, home lighting), when said items are protected with a properly connected Boltshield SPD.
Security systems and medical equipment are not included and are specifically excluded.
