On October 20, 2025, technician Chris Rogers installed a whole-house surge protector at the main electrical panel, added a new 20A Eaton CH breaker with 12/2 wiring, and set two outdoor WR/TR receptacles in compliant two-gang boxes with in-use bubble covers.
