Personally, I don't appreciate any service from a provider who infrom me he is to complete the work he was outsourced to do, but until he is finished to ask for a payment option that we spoke about nearly a week earlier. An honest business person would have reminded me of our agreement, a cost not covered by the referral. Instead he chose to perform the task and then ask for payment. I take this as, I will not give him the opportunity to change his mind. You have made up my mind, we are done, unless you are required to come fix what you have done.
