Scope of Work
- Open-stud whole-home rewire: Disconnected power safely, removed outdated wiring, installed new wiring home-wide, and reconnected all switches, outlets, and devices.
- New 200A meter base: Coordinated with the power provider for the service drop and upgraded the exterior meter base to support the 200A service.
- Outdoor 200A main panel: Installed a new, outdoor-rated main panel and brought terminations and labeling up to current code standards.
- Feeder to subpanel: Installed a new 4‑wire SER feeder to support downstream distribution and future-ready capacity.
- Permits and inspections: Included in the project, with all required inspections passed prior to final energization.
- Testing and verification: Confirmed correct polarity, grounding, GFCI/AFCI device functionality where applicable, and reliable operation on all reconnected circuits.
