  • System cleanup and removal: Removed the old kitchen fuse panel, the sub-panel, and outdated electrical boxes and wiring.

  • Whole-home surge protection: Installed and supplied a whole-house surge protector to help defend appliances and electronics from voltage spikes.
  • New branch circuits: Installed and supplied new outlet circuits throughout the home in accordance with current electrical code.
  • Modern devices and boxes: Installed all-new 3-prong outlets with covers, plus new outlet and switch boxes for a clean, consistent finish.
  • Crawl space power: Ran a new home run dedicated to crawl space equipment for dependable operation.
  • Garage wiring: Rewired the garage and brought it fully up to code for lighting, receptacles, and equipment needs.
  • HVAC disconnect: Installed and supplied a 110V circuit with a disconnect for the HVAC system to meet code and serviceability requirements.
  • Permits and inspections: Secured the required electrical permit and coordinated inspection in Charlotte.
