This Electrical Repairs & Troubleshooting service created a clear, organized pathway for conductors across the basement and into the crawlspace using rigid, damage-resistant conduit and appropriate conductors sized for 20-amp branch circuits.
Scope of Work
- Installed approximately 115 feet of 1-inch EMT conduit across the basement, landing at two sump pump locations, and continuing forward into the crawlspace to reach the additional sump and dehumidifier.
- Completed multiple brick coring operations to route conduit through masonry transitions where required for a secure, professional pathway.
- Pulled roughly 150 feet of THHN #12 conductors (3–4 conductors as needed) appropriate for 20-amp branch circuits serving the sump pumps and dehumidifier.
- Provided the necessary mounting hardware, connectors, and LBs to support a neat, serviceable, and protected installation.
The result is a clean, well-supported run that keeps conductors protected in the basement and crawlspace environments while delivering the power these high-demand devices require.
