15A dedicated attic circuit for an attic fan, run in UF cable through conduit in the side chase for protection and long-term reliability.
Feeder and materials: #4 SER aluminum feeder sized for the 60A subpanel and future flexibility.
Permitting: Electrical permit obtained with the county to ensure inspection and compliance with local and NEC standards.
