Finished on July 16, 2026, this Lighting & Ceiling Fans job was handled by our Charlotte business unit and dispatched from our Matthews branch. The scope combined comfort, ventilation, and modern lighting—ideal upgrades for improving everyday livability and energy-conscious performance.
Scope of work completed
- Electrical Permit: Filed the electrical permit with the county for this project.
- Ceiling Fan Installation: Installed the customer-supplied fan on an existing, suitable fan-rated box and circuit.
- Recessed Can Light: Provided and installed one recessed can light; installation performed on an existing circuit and wiring path.
- Exhaust Fan/Light Combo (Can): Provided and installed an exhaust fan with integrated can light; electrical installation performed on an existing circuit. Ducting and new wiring/circuits were not included.
Each fixture was mounted securely and tested for proper operation. The recessed can light brings focused, low-profile illumination, while the ceiling fan improves comfort and airflow. The exhaust fan/light combo adds valuable ventilation alongside efficient lighting—an excellent upgrade for moisture-prone spaces that benefit from discreet, in-ceiling solutions.
