Completed on January 12, 2026, the work included permits and inspections for a smooth, code-compliant finish.

What We Installed

12x Fixture Install: 6-inch wafer can lights for the master bedroom and adjacent areas, delivering long-lasting, energy-efficient lighting.
2x Ceiling fans: Customer-supplied fixtures mounted on new, properly rated fan boxes.
1x Bathroom exhaust fan/light can unit: Clean install for improved airflow and lighting.
3x Standard switches + 3x Dimmer switches: Flexible control, including 2-way/3-way/4-way functionality as needed.
2x Standard receptacles: New outlets with clean covers for a finished look.
1x 15-amp GFCI breaker: Added protection for applicable lighting or damp-area needs.
Approximately 300 ft of NM-B 14/2 wiring: Routed neatly to serve lighting circuits and devices.
