  • Used a dedicated bare copper test lead from the ground bond in the machine room to the meter, then to each metal component under test.
  • Applied a 500V Megger test to gauge resistance of each path to the bonding grid.
  • Generated a detailed Ohms of Resistance Log for every tested item, with an acceptance target of not exceeding 0.02 ohms.

This structured approach provides clear traceability, repeatability year-over-year, and a reliable basis for maintenance planning.
