Scope of work completed

Fixture installs (6): We installed six customer-provided ceiling fans and light fixtures on existing junction boxes and circuits. The scope included mounting, wiring terminations, and functional testing of each device.
Wiring pull (150 ft of NM-B Romex 14/3): We routed new cable to support 15A, 240V lighting and general-use applications. The scope included any necessary junction box for the run. It did not include breakers, receptacles, switches, or additional device installations beyond the specified fixture work.
Diagnostics and repair (9 hours): Our troubleshooting isolated issues contributing to inconsistent lighting and fan operation. The diagnostic process covered safe de-energizing, inspection, and testing to verify proper functionality once corrections were made.
