In Raleigh, we replaced a 200A copper main electrical panel, added whole-home surge protection, updated breakers, and handled permits—code-compliant, backed work.
Customer feedback: Touchstone Electric came through. More specifically, Francisco did. He showed up the same day, replaced our breaker, which allowed us to get hot water back. Francisco called me 30 minutes before arrival. A lot of places say they will, but they don't. I was able to leave work, meet him here. Problem resolved, and I'm back at work within two hours. Highly recommend. I'll definitely use them for future electrical needs.
