Touchstone Electric’s Raleigh branch completed an Electrical Repairs & Troubleshooting service for homeowner Ted Bogart in Raleigh, NC. On December 30, 2025, technician Cody Perry installed a clean, durable pathway for wiring by running PVC conduit from the electrical panel and transitioning to liquid-tight flex to route safely beneath the home.
This upgrade protects conductors from moisture and physical damage in the crawlspace environment and keeps the installation neat, labeled, and serviceable for future needs.
Scope of Work
We installed new conduit to carry wiring from the panel and transition under the home while maintaining a tidy and code-conscious layout. All fittings were selected for secure connections and long-term durability.
- 15 ft of 3/4" PVC conduit from the panel, with proper mounting and support.
- 5 ft of 3/4" liquid-tight flex conduit (sealproof) for the crawlspace/damp area transition.
- Fittings and accessories: connectors, straps, and LB bodies as applicable for clean entry and directional changes.
The result is a protected, clearly routed pathway that helps keep wiring safe from impact, moisture, and abrasion as it passes under the home.
