Customer feedback: Jamie Fountain did a very nice job today replacing the porche light fixtures. He was meticulous and professional. That's why I give it a 5 star rating. However, Touchstone Electric seems to have some serious scheduling problems as I noticed today since my appointment was pushed back for several hours without adequate explanation. Ben Lively and his assistant did a great job today, replacing the kitchen light fixture and doing a thorough safety.
