Touchstone Electric’s Charlotte branch (based in Matthews) completed a professional Level 2 EV charging setup for a Charlotte, NC residence on January 29, 2026. Our technician, Danny Bishop, installed a dedicated outdoor NEMA 14-50 receptacle for convenient, reliable charging at the garage.
This project was completed for Duke Energy - Allumia and was designed to be both permit-ready and rebate-ready, helping the customer streamline utility incentives while ensuring a safe and code-compliant installation.
