This service included coordinating the temporary utility power drop, pulling permits, installing the new combo, and driving new ground rods with continuous grounding electrode conductors.
• Grounding System Upgrade — We drove new ground rods (typically 8 ft) and installed a continuous GEC to the main service, helping ensure a low-impedance path to ground and better fault clearing.
• Whole-House Surge Protector ($50,000 coverage, 10-year warranty) — A panel-mounted SPD now diverts damaging surges from lightning, grid events, or equipment cycling to ground, helping protect covered appliances, electronics, and the home’s electrical system.
• Dedicated Dehumidifier Circuit — We ran a new circuit under the home to power a dehumidifier, supporting moisture control and helping protect structural components and indoor air quality.
• Breaker and Device Updates — Installed a selection of new breakers to match the home’s needs, including 90A, 45A, 40A, 30A (double pole), 20A standard, and a 20A GFCI for damp or exterior locations, along with a standard receptacle where needed.

Note: The combo panel scope does not include the riser/weatherhead, service-entrance conductors to the weatherhead, or feeder/conduit to interior main panels if required. A temporary generator for limited power can be made available by request during the outage.
