Meter Base & Electrical Service Replacement in Winston-Salem

On December 12, 2025, Touchstone Electric’s Charlotte branch (Matthews) completed a code-focused meter base and electrical service replacement for homeowner Louann Currey in Winston-Salem, NC. The project addressed items cited on an electrical inspection report and corrected several unsafe wiring conditions so the home’s service would meet current code requirements and be ready for inspection.

This job was performed under the condition that an existing RV port be removed to provide the clearances and working space required by code around the meter base and service equipment.
