Coverage is secondary to your existing insurance policy and excludes direct lightning strikes. Certain items, including security systems and medical equipment, are not covered. Claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Permitting and Utility Details
We handled the electrical permit with the county for this project. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, and non-electrical permits (for example, zoning or historic approvals) are not included. If additional permits are needed, we’ll advise on next steps and can provide pricing to assist with processing when applicable.
