  • Clear code labeling: We sticker-coded the panel to show exactly which breakers to switch and in what order, making storm prep simple and safe.
  • Dedicated generator inlet: Installed up to 15 feet from the panel, providing a proper connection point for a portable generator.
  • 50-amp generator breaker and wiring: Includes splicing adjustments inside the panel as needed and up to 15 feet of feeder to the inlet for a neat, serviceable installation.
  • 15-foot generator whip: A heavy-duty cord the homeowner can store with the generator for quick hook-ups when the power goes out.

Scope note: The installation did not include conduit (if required by site conditions) or a portable generator.
