Lighting installation, vanity light, switches & outlets in Waxhaw, NC

Touchstone Electric completed a comprehensive lighting upgrade in Waxhaw, NC for MUSE Residential. Led by technician Danny Bishop from our Charlotte team based in Matthews, this project improved task lighting, comfort, and everyday usability throughout the space. What we installed

6-inch wafer recessed light in the water closet, replacing a surface-mount fixture for a sleeker, brighter finish in a compact area.
Customer-supplied vanity light installed on the existing box to enhance mirror and task illumination.
20A dedicated circuit for 120V floor heat to support consistent performance without overloading existing branch circuits.
Seven new single-pole switches with fresh plates for smooth, reliable control.
Two new standard receptacles with matching plates to refresh and standardize outlet locations.

To route the new floor-heat circuit, strategic sheetrock access was required in the garage to reach the crawl space. Our team coordinated this access carefully so the new wiring could be run efficiently and safely.
