Customer feedback: Viktor came well prepared to get the information required by Duke Energy for the prewiring of our Level 2 EV Charger. He was efficient and noticed that the connections inside our (2-year old house) distribution box were loose. He quickly tightened every one while he was here. He noticed the lack of whole house surge protection and explained the product quickly. We hope that Viktor will be the electrician to do the project because we have confidence in him.
