Permitting: Filed the electrical permit with the county to ensure the work met local and state code requirements.
Power and pathway: Installed a junction box directly beneath the Square D QO panel and ran a neat, surface-mounted conduit path to the selected charger location on the left wall.
Feeder and breaker: Pulled 6/3 NM-B copper to supply a dedicated 50A, 240V branch circuit and set a properly rated two-pole breaker in the QO panel.
Equipment connection: Completed the connection to the customer-supplied Level 2 charger in accordance with manufacturer specifications and labeling requirements.
Testing and verification: Performed torque checks, voltage verification, functionality testing, and final cleanup.
