- Replaced a failed 8’ LED strip fixture to restore even lighting.
- Replaced eight standard outlets and plates, including installing a 3‑gang duplex plate for a clean, uniform finish.
- Removed wiring for a large fan and safely capped conductors; relocated a 3‑way switch near the large door for improved usability.
- Garage lighting and controls
- Replaced five 8’ fluorescent strips with new, high‑efficiency 8’ LED strip fixtures.
- Relocated switches in the smaller garage to the side wall for more convenient access.
- Deleted an obsolete disconnect and properly terminated wiring.
- Drop‑ceiling LED conversions
- Replaced four 2x4 drop‑in fixtures with modern LED panels.
- Replaced two 2x2 drop‑in fixtures with new LED units.
