Project Overview
Touchstone Electric replaced a customer-supplied light fixture on a 14–18 ft ceiling in Raleigh, NC. Installed on existing circuit with 2-person crew and ladder.
Customer feedback: I could not be happier with the service I received. Francisco was amazing. He came out to work on some wiring for our encapsulation and found some serious safety issues with our old electrical panel. We ended up having to have our whole panel replaced. He was so knowledgeable, and explained everything so well. I was having a more difficult time with the basement repair, so having such a courteous, knowledgeable person working on the electrical portion gave me a lot of confidence. When he returned the second time with Griffen (who was also very courteous and wonderful to deal with), they worked together quickly. One of the things I most appreciated (especially with the uncertainty of working with the other company), was how well he communicated everything. He let me know exactly what was going to be done, when it was going to be done, what to expect, everything I needed to know. They will definitely be the ones I call for electrical work in the future 😊
