On October 14, 2024, our Raleigh branch completed a clean, code-focused garage upgrade for homeowner Albert Amato in Raleigh, NC. Scope of Work

Installed two new garage light fixtures: Mounted customer-supplied fixtures on existing boxes/circuits to brighten the space for parking, storage, and projects.
Upgraded an existing GFCI location to a quad configuration: Provided four convenient receptacle spaces while maintaining GFCI protection and a clean, secure cover plate.
Added a new quad outlet near the tool chest: Ideal for chargers and benchtop tools, placed for easy access and reduced cord clutter.
Routed NM-B 14/2 cable where needed: Pulled and neatly secured approximately 10 feet of NM-B 14/2 on a 15-amp lighting/general-purpose circuit, with any necessary junction box for a tidy, code-compliant finish.

We verified GFCI test/reset functionality, ensured correct polarity on all receptacles, and used proper cable support, box fill, and terminations.
