Scope of Work
- Installed a customer-supplied Level 2 EV charger on a dedicated 240V circuit.
- Added a new 60-amp two-pole breaker in the main service panel for continuous EV charging loads.
- Ran approximately 6/3 NM-B copper wiring from the panel to the charger location for robust, future-ready capacity.
- Installed about 1-inch PVC conduit to protect exposed segments and transitions, including fittings and secure supports as needed.
- Labeled the new circuit and verified torque, polarity, grounding, and GFCI functionality per manufacturer guidance.
- Tested the charger under load to confirm proper operation and safe disconnect at the breaker.
This configuration supports higher-current Level 2 charging—ideal for overnight replenishment and maximizing the performance of modern EVs.
