Work Performed
- Lighted address numbers prep: Added a new line to the front of the home by safely tapping an existing outlet and fishing wire to the location for light-up house numbers. Conductors were neatly staged so final hook-up can be completed during trim-out.
- Switch relocation in downstairs master closet: Relocated existing switches to a more convenient position. A code-compliant junction box or splice kit was installed as needed to protect and conceal conductors.
- Back porch ceiling adjustments: Moved a low-voltage wire and an outlet box in the porch ceiling to align with the homeowner’s layout and fixture needs.
- Fixture installation: Installed a customer-supplied ceiling fixture on the existing box and circuit.
- Targeted wire pulling and fishing: Pulled approximately 15 ft of 14/2 NM-B Romex for 15-amp lighting/general-purpose use and executed about 10 ft of careful wire fishing through hard-to-reach finished areas.
All terminations were tightened and tested for proper function, and penetrations were secured to maintain a clean, professional finish that’s ready for trim-out and future service needs.
