Led by technician Tyler Harris from our Greenville branch in Taylors, the project was finished on February 20, 2025, and prepared the home for a smooth finish phase with safe, code-compliant wiring and thoughtfully placed fixtures.
Project Scope
- Vanity lighting and outlets relocated: Adjusted device locations to match the new bath layout for better function and symmetry.
- Eight recessed lights installed: Added can lighting to deliver even, shadow-free illumination across key living areas.
- Four new light fixture boxes set: Placed and secured ceiling/wall boxes to support future decorative fixtures.
- Bath fan upgrades: Removed one existing vent fan and replaced two others with integrated light/fan combination units to improve lighting and ventilation.
- Circuit rerouting: Relocated the water heater circuit and island outlet circuits under the house for a cleaner, serviceable path that supports the new floor plan.
- New wiring runs: Pulled NM-B 14/2 cable for 15-amp lighting and general-purpose circuits, with neat box make-ups and labeling ready for inspection.
All rough-in work followed current NEC best practices and local inspection standards to ensure safety, reliability, and a streamlined trim-out.
