Materials, panel work, and testing

Installed new NM-B wiring (12/2 for 20A circuits and 14/2 for lighting and general loads) with secure routing and proper support.
Added appropriately sized double-pole breakers to serve the new dedicated loads and clearly labeled the panel for easy identification.
Verified polarity, grounding, and continuity; tested device operation; and confirmed clean terminations for long-term reliability.

As with all Touchstone Electric projects, we kept the workspace tidy and ensured the homeowner understood the new circuits and device locations before we wrapped up.
