Durham, NC Meter Base & 200A Panel Upgrade with Surge Protection

On June 16, 2026, our Raleigh branch completed a comprehensive service upgrade for homeowner Roderick Billups in Durham, NC. Lead technicians Jason Bryant and Brad Williams replaced the aging meter/main, upgraded the home to a 200-amp service, added a new indoor subpanel, installed multiple dedicated breakers, bonded the water piping, and protected the entire home with a whole-home surge protector.

Added and organized dedicated breakers: 1× 80A, 1× 60A, 4× 40A, 2× 30A (double-pole), and 3× 20A (standard).
Completed targeted branch-circuit work with 12/2 NM-B and installed a new standard receptacle where needed.
