This project included a new, dedicated 60-amp circuit, #6 wiring, and 3/4 in. EMT conduit with a permitted installation—making it eligible for the Duke Energy rebate program.

Scope of Work and Installation Details
Our EV Charging specialists provided start-to-finish service to power a customer-supplied Level 2 charger. The installation included the following key components and steps:
- Dedicated 60A breaker installed in the existing electrical panel to supply the Level 2 EV charger with a reliable 240V circuit.
- #6 AWG conductors for a properly sized, future-ready 60-amp circuit, including THHN conductors in conduit and SEU #6 where required by the layout.
- 3/4 in. EMT conduit (with fittings, connectors, and supports) routed for a neat, durable, and serviceable pathway to the charger location.
- Customer-supplied EV charger installed with the appropriate hardwire or receptacle connection per the manufacturer’s requirements and local code.
- Panel space confirmed, terminations torqued to spec, labeling applied, and functional testing performed to verify proper operation of the charging equipment and circuit.
All work was performed by our Raleigh-based team with attention to safety, clarity, and a clean final appearance.
