  • Whole-Home Surge Protection: Added a $100,000 / 10-year surge protective device at the main panel to divert damaging voltage spikes caused by lightning and grid fluctuations away from sensitive electronics and appliances.
  • GFCI Protection Where It Counts: Installed new GFCI outlets at the front porch, back porch, kitchen, and bathroom, plus weather-resistant bubble covers outdoors for in-use protection.
  • Breaker and Circuit Updates: Replaced or added multiple breakers to match load requirements, including changing a 30A gas-pack breaker to 25A for proper equipment protection. Installed new NM-B Romex wiring where needed and a standard switch for the bathroom light.
  • Clean Finish: Removed the old security system and placed blank cover plates on existing boxes for a neat, code-ready result.

Supporting materials included new 2-inch PVC conduit, THHN 2/0 feeder conductors for the 200A service, and a full complement of standard breakers at 15A, 20A, 25A, 30A, and 40A as appropriate for the home’s circuits and appliances.
