I also have to mention the service of the office support. While I do not recall her name, she was so kind and understood my needs clearly and, also recognized my urgency for service. I ended up with an appointment the next day. Customer service, start to finish, is obviously something Touchtone prides themselves on. This is why Touchtone is now my go-to company for my electrical needs.
