Customer feedback: Updated Review: Touchstone Electric proactively reached out to me and coordinated a follow up visit to get everything sorted out, which included some paint touch ups. It’s been a few weeks since they came out and the paint looks great and the lights have been working properly since. Although we had a bit of trouble early on, it means so much more that they worked with me to make everything right (with little effort on my end). I feel this level of customer care and support speaks volumes about the company. I’d be happy to contract with Touchstone again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical service.
