Our Raleigh branch completed a dedicated 20-amp microwave circuit installation in Knightdale, NC for homeowner Ron Mays on August 17, 2026. What we installed
- New 20A standard breaker: Properly sized and installed in the home’s electrical panel to serve the microwave exclusively.
- Approx. 50 ft of 12/2 NM-B Romex: 12-gauge copper wiring for a dedicated 120V, 20-amp circuit, secured and supported per code. Any required junction box enclosures were included.
- Appliance connection: Installed a code-compliant receptacle or performed a hard-wired connection as required by the microwave manufacturer.
- Clear panel labeling and verification: The new circuit was identified at the panel and function-tested for proper voltage and polarity.
