Technician Brad Williams installed two keyless light fixtures, ran new 12/2 NM-B wiring, and added a standard wall switch to make the space safer and easier to access. Scope of work
- 2x Keyless Lights – Crawlspace: Installed durable, low-profile keyless fixtures designed for utility spaces. These fixtures provide bright, reliable light with minimal maintenance and are ideal for crawlspaces where practicality and safety matter most.
- 40 ft 12/2 NM-B Romex: Routed new NM-B 12/2 cable, the standard for many 20-amp residential circuits, for a solid, long-lasting connection. The run included proper terminations in approved junction boxes as required. Note: this scope did not include a new breaker or additional receptacles.
- Standard Switch: Added a convenient on/off switch for easy control of the new crawlspace lighting. We regularly install single-pole (2-way), 3-way, and 4-way switching as needed, and matched this setup to the home’s layout.
The result is safer entry and clear visibility in the crawlspace—helpful for seasonal checks, HVAC and plumbing access, pest inspections, or any task that benefits from permanent, dependable lighting.
