The existing panel was obsolete and compatible breakers were no longer available, preventing the addition of a needed crawlspace circuit. Our Greenville team, based out of our Taylors branch, installed a premium copper Siemens 200A main panel, new breakers throughout, whole-home surge protection, and completed several fixture installations to bring the home safely up to today’s standards.

What We Installed
- Siemens 200A indoor copper main panel: Brought to current code with proper grounding, bonding, reconnection of service conductors, and neatly labeled circuits.
- Main and branch circuit breakers: 200A main, eighteen 20A standard breakers, five 30A double‑pole breakers, and one 80A breaker to support major appliances and future expansion.
- Whole-home surge protector: Installed at the main panel to divert damaging voltage spikes and help safeguard appliances and electronics. Manufacturer coverage up to $100,000 for 10 years; claims are secondary to existing insurance and exclude direct lightning strikes. Certain specialized equipment is excluded per manufacturer terms.
- Wiring and lighting updates: Approximately 100 feet of 14/2 NM‑B Romex for lighting runs, a standard wall switch, a keyless crawlspace light, plus installation of customer‑supplied fixtures (two simple ceiling/lighting fixtures and two medium fixtures such as pendants or chandeliers).
- Permitting and inspection: Electrical permit filed with the county; project completed to pass inspection requirements.
