Project Highlights

4 recessed wafer can lights installed per the customer’s request—two dedicated to the vanity area and two for the shower/tub zone.
Separate switching for the vanity and shower/tub lighting to give precise control and reduce glare.
Converted a 2‑gang to a 3‑gang switch box to organize lighting and ventilation controls neatly in one location.
Replaced a homeowner‑supplied bath fan for improved ventilation and comfort.
Installed two new outlets to power lighted mirrors, eliminating the need for a bulky over‑sink fixture.
Removed the legacy vanity light over the sink for a cleaner, updated look.

Our team routed new cable to support the lighting zones and dedicated mirror outlets, keeping runs neat and accessible for future service. Approximately 40 feet of NM‑B 14/2 cable was used for lighting loads, and about 20 feet of NM‑B 12/2 cable was used for higher‑demand power needs such as outlets. All terminations were made with secure connections and labeled for clarity at the switch box.
