We installed a customer-supplied ceiling fan on an existing box and circuit in Franklinton, NC. Fast, professional service from licensed residential electricians.
Customer feedback: Jared came out on Tuesday because our main breaker kept kicking off. He told me the issue was on Duke Energy’s end, so Duke came out and confirmed everything on their end was working fine. I had a different electrical company come out today and they told me the wires connected to the main breaker switch were very loose and that was likely the issue. It’s obvious that Touchstone didn’t check the wires connected to the main breaker switch. Also the quote I received from touchstone was to replace the indoor electrical panel was almost $4,000 more than the quote I got from another company today. Would not recommend Touchstone Electric
