Our Raleigh branch completed a focused set of lighting and safety upgrades for A&R Remodeling and Construction on February 10, 2025. Led by technician Cody Perry, the project included installing a customer-supplied bathroom exhaust fan, a customer-supplied ceiling fan/light on an existing box, and a new GFCI receptacle. All work was performed on existing circuits for safe, code-conscious improvements without running new power.

Scope of Work

• Bathroom exhaust fan installation (customer supplied)
  We removed the old fan housing, made precise drywall cuts to fit the new unit, reworked the duct connection as needed for a proper tie-in, and connected the fan to the existing power source. This task did not include running new power or replacing any ductwork.
• Ceiling fan/light fixture install (customer supplied)
  We installed the new fixture on the existing ceiling box and circuit. This simple fixture swap did not include adding a circuit or new wiring.
• GFCI receptacle installation
  We supplied and installed a GFCI outlet with cover on an existing circuit. This did not include adding conduit or a new circuit.

Each task was performed with clean workmanship and attention to detail to integrate new components with the home’s existing electrical infrastructure.
