Project overview

What we did
- Removed the old housing and prepared the opening to receive the customer-supplied combination unit.
- Carefully cut drywall for a precise fit that matches the new fan and trim dimensions.
- Reworked the existing ductwork to align with the new exhaust port for proper air movement (no duct replacement was required).
- Tied into the existing power to supply both the fan and the integrated light, using the current circuit as scoped.
- Secured the fan/light assembly, verified lighting operation, and tested airflow at the exterior termination.
- Sealed and neatened the opening for a finished appearance and dependable performance.
Scope notes: The installation utilized the existing power source and duct path. The project did not include running new power, replacing ductwork, or additional finishes beyond the clean integration of the new unit.
