Our electrician rerouted the existing basement circuit to better serve the space and provide additional receptacles where they were needed most. We installed new 3/4-inch EMT conduit runs, added 10 standard outlets with covers, and updated the panel with 15A and 20A tandem breakers to safely supply the new layout while making efficient use of panel space.

Materials and components installed
- EMT Conduit (3/4-inch): Approximately 190 feet total, including mounting hardware, connectors, and LBs for a secure, code-conscious installation.
- Standard Receptacles: 10 outlets installed and neatly finished with covers to provide accessible power throughout the basement.
- Panel Updates: One 15A tandem breaker for standard branch circuits and one 20A tandem breaker for higher-demand receptacle loads, helping optimize available space in the panel.
- #12 THHN Conductors: 80 feet of THHN #12 wire pulled for 20-amp circuits serving general-purpose power needs.
All work was performed with attention to safe wiring practices and neat conduit routing to protect conductors and simplify any future service.
