- Conduit runs: Installed EMT conduit for protection and routing, including 16 feet of 3/4" EMT and 20 feet of 1" EMT with appropriate mounting hardware, connectors, and LBs as applicable.
- Rigid components: Added rigid materials as required for durability and compliance at transition points.
- Trenching: Completed approximately 25 feet of trenching at a 6-inch depth for routing, as planned. Note: customer to call 811 before any digging.
- Panel upgrade work: Installed a standard double-pole 30-amp breaker dedicated to the new circuit.
- Permitting: Filed the electrical permit with the county and performed work to current code requirements.
This installation was tailored for safe, reliable operation and future serviceability, using neat routing and durable materials appropriate for the environment.
Permitting and Code Compliance
We obtained and filed the required electrical permit for this project. Please note that every jurisdiction can have different requirements. The permit covered here is only for the electrical scope. If a project requires non-electrical permits (for example, Historic Preservation, Environmental/Septic, Zoning, separate Subcontractor permits, or a Builder’s permit), those are not included. If additional permits are identified, we’ll inform you of what is needed for you to handle and, if requested, provide pricing to process and file those non-electrical permits.
