Dedicated 20A Circuit and Outlet Installation in Denver, NC
Touchstone Electric’s Charlotte team completed a code-safe 20A circuit and outlet installation to power a crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump in Denver, NC. This project was subcontracted for Crawl Space Brothers CLT and handled by our licensed electrician Christian Cedillos from our Matthews-based branch. The work was completed on August 22, 2025.
Moisture control equipment needs reliable, uninterrupted power. To support one dehumidifier and one sump pump, we installed a dedicated 20-amp circuit, a new outlet, and a circuit extension to serve the two appliance locations efficiently and safely.
What We Installed
- New 20A circuit from the electrical panel to serve moisture-control equipment.

Project notes indicated that a GFCI breaker was not required for this configuration. Protection was addressed per project requirements and applicable code for this setup.
