Project Scope and Installed Equipment

We provided a full-service 200A upgrade designed to power a modern home safely and reliably. All work was performed to plan, or where plans were silent, to current NEC requirements.

200A Meter and Service: Conduit, riser, and service-entrance cable from the new meter to the weatherhead with a properly formed drip loop.
200A Main Panel: Installed one 40/80 200A load center with feeder from meter to panel and complete circuit labeling for clarity and maintenance.
Main Disconnect: Installed in accordance with NEC requirements for safe service shutoff.
Grounding System: Two ground rods with a grounding electrode conductor (GEC) bonded from the meter for a low-impedance fault path.
Whole-Home Surge Protection: Device installed per NEC 2020; the selected unit includes a $10,000 warranty against appliance damage in the unlikely event of device failure.
Rough-In Completion: All electrical boxes landed and ready for device trim-out.
