On May 10, 2024, our Greenville branch completed a comprehensive 200-amp meter/panel combo replacement and main panel upgrade for homeowner Chris Stephenson in Hendersonville. Scope of Work

- Pulled required permits and coordinated the utility power drop to complete the upgrade safely and efficiently.
- Added new breakers for critical circuits, installed multiple GFCI outlets, and expanded dedicated 20-amp circuits where needed.
- Relocated the panel to a code-compliant position and performed full circuit restoration to verify reliability across the home.
To minimize disruption during the scheduled outage, Touchstone can provide a generator for limited power usage upon request.
Safety and Code Enhancements
- Integrated a whole-home surge protector with a $25k warranty component as part of the meter/panel combo and main panel scope.
- Upgraded receptacles during redevice, including tamper-resistant outlets for enhanced child safety and new GFCI protection at required locations.
- Added a dedicated 30A indoor equipment disconnect to provide a safe shutoff for maintenance on specific appliances.
- Installed and hard-wired a new smoke detector network to improve whole-home life safety coverage.
