What we upgraded and installed

New 200A meter/main combo: Permitted installation with coordination of the utility power drop, new grounding electrode system, and an aluminum-bus main panel that includes a 20-year transferable manufacturer warranty.
Whole-home surge protection: Installed a panel-mounted surge protective device with a $100,000 / 10-year warranty on covered appliances and equipment, helping safeguard the home from lightning-related surges and grid fluctuations.
Interior subpanel upgrade: Upgraded the indoor subpanel to support modern loads and future expansion.
Code-driven outlet improvements: Replaced the exterior receptacle to current standards with a weatherproof bubble cover and added GFCI-protected outlets where required.
Dryer circuit rework: Correctly rerouted and terminated the dryer outlet from the panel to the proper location for safe, reliable operation.

To support the upgrade, our team installed new conductors and raceways, including 2/0 THHN feeders (40 ft), 2" PVC conduit (45 ft), and 3/4" liquidtight (20 ft). We also pulled NM‑B 6/3 (15 ft) for a 50‑amp 240V circuit. The panel was populated with new breakers sized to the home’s loads, including 15A and 20A branch circuits, and 40A, 60A, and a 100A two‑pole breaker feeding the upgraded subpanel.
